"Had my 1st sewing class. Beverly is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. When I signed up for the class she asked what my goals were. We had a 1:1 session, in which she chose a project and tailored it to teach me skills to meet those goals. This has been a great experience and I plan to take additional classes!"- Lily

“My 12 y/o daughter and I take lessons at Sew Mania and Beverly was able to cater the lesson to our exact project. Over the years Beverly has been the driving force behind clearing roadblocks in our sewing skills. Any fabric and any project! Lastly she teaches you how to fish and not just how to do the project at hand which has been extremely helpful!”- Harrison Mann

I’m very grateful to Beverly and Violet for being such wonderful teachers.

Before I started, I was very nervous because I was completely new to sewing. However, they were both patient, kind, and supportive, which made learning enjoyable and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process.

They took the time to explain difficult parts as many times as I needed and taught me many helpful techniques and tips for patternmaking and sewing. I learned so much from them and truly appreciate their guidance.

I’m still a beginner, but I will never forget how happy and proud I felt when I completed my first jacket. It was a very special moment for me.

Their lessons inspired me to keep learning, challenge myself, and create more garments in the future.

Thank you, Beverly and Violet, for teaching me not only how to sew, but also how enjoyable and rewarding sewing can be!
